\nPT - Home Health
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
\n• No weekend or holiday requirements
\n• Treat 5-7 patients per day in a home health setting
\n• Cover a 60-mile radius around Valley City, ND
\n• Common patient diagnoses include post-surgical recovery and fall-related injuries
\n• Serve home health and hospice patients
\n• Must have prior home health experience
\n• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
\n• Prior travel experience not required
\n• Charting system: HomeCare/HomeBase
\n• 3-5 shifts of department-specific orientation provided
\n• No physical therapy manager or supervisor on shift
\n• Dress code: CSH color scrubs or business casual
\n• Must have a current driver's license and valid auto insurance
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ND Physical Therapy License
