Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - MedSurg to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive care for patients on the Med Surg 5th and 6th floors, including ortho, surgical, stroke, cardiac, respiratory, dialysis, and hospice units.
\n
• Manage patient loads with ratios ranging from 1:5-7, adapting care strategies to acuity.
\n
• Ensure proper documentation using Cerner EMR systems.
\n
• Float between two med surg units as needed.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.
\n
• Adhere to all facility policies, including scrub color code and defined scheduling practices.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of Missouri.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years Med Surg experience required.
\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Proficient with Cerner EMR or similar systems.
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a variety of patients in a fast-paced environment.
\n
