Job Summary\nCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide expert care for critically ill patients within a 20-bed unit, including those with respiratory failure, kidney failure, and septic shock. \n
- Float to different units as needed, ensuring seamless patient care across MICU and potentially other campuses. \n
- Monitor and manage patient ratios of 1:2-3, ensuring high-quality care delivery. \n
- Utilize ICU skills such as managing ventilated patients and administration of critical drips. \n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including care techs, transportation, and paramedics. \n
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining a nicotine-free environment. \n
- \n
- Current RN license (or pending) with eligibility to work in Nebraska. \n
- Minimum of two years of experience in a large, urban hospital setting, specifically in critical care. \n
- BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. \n
- Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. \n
- Experience in a Level I trauma center desired. \n
- Ability to work required weekend and holiday shifts as per facility needs. \n
