Overview:
Our practice is seeking an experienced Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care for patients. This position offers consistent weekday hours, competitive compensation, and comprehensive benefits in a collaborative clinical environment.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends
• Competitive pay: $100–$125/hour DOE
• Annual productivity bonus based on performance and profitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients
• Conduct annual wellness visits and routine physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Manage chronic conditions and ongoing treatment plans
• Prescribe, adjust, and monitor medications as clinically appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Educate patients on preventive care and long-term wellness strategies
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support coordinated patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Family Medicine experience
• Active New York Physician license required
• Strong background in primary and preventive care
• Experience managing chronic medical conditions
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required
