Pay rate : $67/hr (Travel )
Pay rate : $60/hr (local)
Shift: Nights 3x12-Hour Shifts
Working Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Surgical Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic acute care team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to adult orthopedic and medical-surgical patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in clinical status.
- Administer medications, IV therapy, and prescribed treatments.
- Perform ongoing patient assessments and document care accurately.
- Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and discharge care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Float to other departments within scope of competency based on staffing needs.
- Participate in on-call assignments if required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Montana RN License (or Compact RN License if applicable).
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ASN required).
- Current BLS Certification (AHA).
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Previous Medical Surgical and Orthopedic nursing experience.
