A unique opportunity awaits at a 13-bed inpatient facility with an active emergency department. With a focus on emergency and trauma care, this role requires an experienced or trained physician adept in the emergency department setting. While primarily day shifts, there is potential for some night shifts if desired, totaling 10 to 12-hour shifts a month. The facility is well-supported with the Meditech EMR system.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency and trauma care
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech EMR for comprehensive patient documentation and care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy from an accredited U.S. school, or equivalent foreign degree with ECFMG certification or Fifth Pathway certification
• Completed residency in emergency medicine, internal medicine, or family practice
• Board certification and maintenance as required by the ABMS
• Active and unrestricted state license recognized by FSMB
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and ATLS

Working Hours

• Primarily day shifts with flexibility for some night shifts
• 10 to 12-hour shifts per month
