Key Responsibilities- Operate MRI scanner to produce cross-sectional scans and combine them into three-dimensional images for Radiologist viewing.
- Consistently obtain high-quality imaging to support accurate Radiologist interpretation.
- Utilize PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) in daily imaging workflows.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols for all individuals within MRI zones.
- Document patient care services accurately within hospital records.
- Interact compassionately and effectively with sick or injured patients while maintaining courteous relationships with co-workers and peers.
- Associate's Degree required.
- ARRT certification in Radiography required.
- State of Maine Radiography licensure required.
- ARRT Radiography registration required.
- ARRT MRI certification preferred.
- Prior experience working within a clinical imaging environment.
