American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health certification and 4+ years of experience for an outpatient clinic position in beautiful Salida, CO.

- Outpatient clinic setting located in Salida, CO \n
- Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week \n

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pelvic Health required \n
- Pelvic Health certification required \n
- Active CO Physical Therapist license required (or a permit from the licensing board while awaiting licensure exam); license required if applicable \n
- Current CPR certification required \n
- Graduated from an AMA-APTA approved school of physical therapy required \n
- Member of, or eligible for membership in, the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy \n
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration \n

- Responsibilities include conducting thorough patient assessments, establishing diagnoses and prognoses, and designing individualized therapeutic intervention plans \n
