🚫 Hard Stop Requirements
Active RN License – Kansas (or Compact License)
Recent OR Circulator experience (must be hands-on)
BLS Certification – Required
Must be comfortable working in a Critical Access Hospital (smaller team, independent work)
Ability to handle a variety of surgical cases (general OR cases)
