We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Fort Defiance, Arizona.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement care for patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure injuries, and acute and chronic wounds
• Provide comprehensive wound and ostomy care
• Educate patients and their families/significant others on wound management and ostomy care
• Evaluate, select, and recommend appropriate wound care supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active RN License
• Mandatory Wound Care Certification
• Minimum 3 years of Wound Care experience
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
• ACLS preferred
