Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to collaborate with a diverse team, ensuring an exceptional rehabilitation experience for both patients and their families. Your role will involve tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs while working in a supportive rehabilitation setting that utilizes advanced treatment methods to address various conditions and impairments. You will benefit from in-house therapy and local management support.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient rehabilitation experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address a range of diseases and impairments.
• Provide in-house therapy with support from local management.

Qualifications

• Education: Must have graduated from an accredited therapy program.
• Certification / License: Required to be licensed in the state where the skilled nursing facility (SNF) is located. Must possess 3 C's.
• Experience: Previous experience in a rehabilitation SNF setting is preferred, with at least 1 year of experience recommended.

Please note: This position is not suitable for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.
