Cath Lab Tech – Minimum Requirements

\n Location: Harlingen, TX
\n Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
\n Shift: Days
\n Schedule: 06:45 AM – 03:30 PM

\n Required Qualifications:

\n Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab Tech experience
\n BLS Certification
\n RCIS, ARRT, or Cardiovascular Technologist credentials
\n Experience in an acute care hospital Cath Lab setting

\n Required Skills:

\n Scrubbing and assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
\n Coronary angiograms and cardiac catheterizations
\n PCI (angioplasty/stent procedures)
\n Hemodynamic monitoring
\n Sterile technique and procedural setup
\n Patient preparation and post-procedure care
\n Radiation safety and fluoroscopy awareness

\n Preferred Experience:

\n Pacemaker and ICD procedures
\n Peripheral vascular interventions
\n Electrophysiology (EP) exposure
\n Balloon pump and Impella experience
\n Strong scrub skills in a high-volume Cath Lab

\n Ideal Candidate:
\n An experienced Cath Lab Technologist with at least 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience, strong scrub and procedural skills, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and excellent teamwork and patient care abilities.
