\n Active Arizona Physical Therapist Licensed Required
\n AHA/ ARC - CPR/ BLS Card Required
\n Covid Vaccine Card
\n Staffing Perks
\n Will accept PTA: NO
\n Inpatient Experience is preferred.
\n Will accept New Grads? YES
\n Will accept First Time Travelers? YES
\n Float to other clinics: NO
\n OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
