American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Durant, OK, requiring 2+ years of experience and ACLS/PALS certifications.
Details- Work on a Med/Surg unit (2nd floor, 34 beds; 3rd floor, 38 beds) in an acute care hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Patient ratio of 6:1
- Floating required
- Charting is done in Cerner
- No on-call requirements
- 13-week contract
- Active OK RN license or valid Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (PALS must be obtained within 6 months of start date)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- Cerner EMR experience
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
- Certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the contract start date
- Valid U.S. driver's license required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- RTO is capped at 4 days/nights per 13-week contract, and individual RTO requests must be less than one week
- Black scrubs are required
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
- Blocked scheduling is not approved for this assignment
