Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Family Birth Center
\n
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and adjust care in accordance with patient conditions and doctor instructions
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes
\n
• Conduct patient assessments and interpret diagnostic test results to inform treatment plans
\n
• Assist in labor and delivery processes and provide postpartum care following established protocols
\n
• Use Cerner and Fetal Link systems for patient monitoring and data entry
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Must have 2 years of L&D charge or L&D nurse manager experience
\n
• Current ACLS, BLS, NRP, and Advanced AWHONN certifications required
\n
• Experience with telemetry, labor and delivery, emergency and critical care preferred
\n
• Ability to pass a proctored Dysrhythmia Test on day one onsite
\n
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR and Phillips FHM systems preferred
\n
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse in California
\n
