- Role includes approximately 12 hours per week as House Supervisor and 24 hours per week as Transfer Center Coordinator. \n
- House Supervisor responsibilities: coordinate and direct nursing unit activities in absence of Nurse Managers and Administration, supervise staff providing general nursing care, represent nursing leadership, maintain compliance with regulatory standards and evidence-based practices. \n
- Transfer Center Coordinator responsibilities: coordinate safe, timely, and efficient patient transfers within healthcare system, serve as communication point between referring facilities, physicians, nursing leadership, bed management, and ancillary departments, ensure compliance and maintain quality assurance records. \n
- Previous Epic experience within last 12 months required. \n

- Must be a competent registered nurse (RN). \n
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards and evidence-based practices. \n
- Primary source verification of professional license required within 30 days of start, updated upon expiration (for RNs use BON & NURSYS). \n
- Complete GRH Skills Checklist within 12 months. \n
- Complete GRH CPI/MOAB (required for all RN House Supervisors). \n
- Influenza vaccine or facility declination accepted, due by December 1 annually. \n
- COVID-19 vaccine or declination accepted. \n
- MMR: 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted. \n
- Fit test completed prior to start with acceptable masks. \n
- Hepatitis B: 2 vaccines or positive titer; if low or equivocal, 1 booster or declination accepted. \n
- TB test: proof of negative test within past year or documentation if history of positive test. \n
- Health statement from physician within last 12 months. \n
- Current driver's license or state ID, valid throughout assignment. \n
- Background check within 30 days of start including SS trace and county search for last 7 years. \n
- GRH Iowa Adult and Child Abuse state requirement. \n
- Education verification through 3rd party or combined with diploma/transcripts. \n
- EPLS/GSA/SAM HHS/OIG check within 30 days of start. \n
- Two professional references required, one must be from supervisor. \n
- Drug screen within 30 days of start (9 panel, THC not required). \n
- SING check within 30 days of start. \n
- I9 attestation completed. \n
- Color vision test. \n
- Contract employee data sheet. \n
- NSO check within 30 days of start. \n
- OFAC check within 30 days of start. \n
- Evergreen Link completed within 48 hours of offer acceptance. \n
- Pre-orientation CBL acknowledgement form uploaded. \n

- House Supervisor shift: 18:30 - 07:00. \n
- Transfer Center Coordinator shift: 19:00 - 07:30. \n
- Total approximately 36 hours per week. \n
