General Job duties. Types of procedures required. \nMust be competent to proficient in: Abdomen (Aorta, IVC,\nLiver/Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal. Both normal and Pathology). GYN\n(breast, ovaries, Adnexa, Uterus, Pelvis. Pathology and normal,\npost-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric). OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd\ntrimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age,\nplacental grading, abnormalities, IGUR, Uterus/Adnexa). Procedures to include aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and\nintraoperative. Neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head). Superficial\nstructures (Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum &\ntestes, thyroid. Vascular (Carotid\nduplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous and\narterial duplex). \nEquipment utilized in the unit/dept: Canon i700; Meditech EMR, Fuji Synapse PACS\nRequired skills and minimum years of experience: Min 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.\nSpecific licensures and certifications/registrations\nrequired: ARDMS (AB)(OB)(RVT). Active BLS - must be AHA Certified.\nShift or schedule requirements: 40-hour shift work and call when appropriate. Floating to other units/departments.\nDress Code: Personal scrubs, healthcare professional attire.
