Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical
Location\nBig Spring, TX
Schedule / Job Type\nContract | Nights | Alternating 36/48-hour weekly schedule | Shifts run 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3x12 or 4x10 hours)
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit during night shift hours \n
- Care for an adult patient population with occasional pediatric patients as assigned \n
- Collaborate with permanent staff for support when caring for pediatric patients on the unit \n
- Adhere to unit protocols, documentation standards, and compliance requirements throughout the contract \n
- \n
- Active RN license – must be in-hand at time of submission \n
- Minimum 2 years of Registered Nurse experience \n
- Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required at time of submission \n
- Active Nursys verification required at time of submission \n
- Must be available to complete required health and compliance lab items within 72 hours of accepting an offer, or have a documented plan in place \n
- Must not reside within 110 miles of the facility (local candidates not accepted) \n

- Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred \n
- Comfort and experience caring for both adult and pediatric patient populations \n

- Opportunity to work in a supportive unit environment where permanent staff are available to assist traveling clinicians \n
- Consistent night shift schedule with a structured alternating weekly hour arrangement \n
