Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the labor and delivery department.
\n
• Monitor and assess the progress of labor, administering medications and interventions as necessary.
\n
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, technicians, and other healthcare team members.
\n
• Conduct regular assessments and document patient progress accurately.
\n
• Educate patients and families regarding birth plans and postpartum care.
\n
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery.
\n
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
\n
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
\n
• Ability to function effectively in high-pressure situations.
\n
