Unit Notes
\n **NEED 3'S AND 4'S in Neuro and experience in all service lines!!!!
\n Experience or 'Must have' skills: Staff must be well versed on all surgical procedures since we don't have specialized teams for each service line
\n • Active NE/Multistate license required.
\n • 2 years of OR Neuro experience required.**
\n • Required certifications: BLS,ACLS via AHA ony.
\n • Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
\n • Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
\n Shift & Contract:
\n • Days 5 x 8,40hr GWW
\n • Every other weekend (EOW)
\n • 13-week contract initial duration
\n Traveler Requirement:
\n • To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location:Grand Island, NE, 68803
