We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) for a 6-week contract assignment in Helena, Montana. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nursing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional resident care while supporting clinical operations.
\nResponsibilities:

- Provide leadership and oversight of the nursing department. \n
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. \n
- Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff. \n
- Coordinate resident care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. \n
- Monitor quality improvement initiatives and clinical outcomes. \n
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, and survey readiness. \n
Requirements:

- Active Montana RN license (or compact license if applicable). \n
- Previous Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing experience preferred. \n
- Long-term care and/or skilled nursing facility experience required. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. \n
- Current BLS certification. \n
