lass/Area: Interventional Radiology Tech- Neuro experience - Please highlight on submittal
\n Desired Start Date: Within 2 Weeks
\n Length of Assignment: 13 wks
\n Hours per Week: Full time, 40hrs
\n Schedule Details:Day shift between 8hr/10hr hour shifts
\n Weekend Rotation: no weekends unless on call
\n On-call Requirements: On call for neuro with 30 min call back time and IR body 45 min call back time
\n On call: One weekend(F-Su) and one weekend day as 3rd man
\n Call recap:taking up to 9 call days a month, with one weekend in a 4-week schedule (fri-sun) and third man varies but included in the 9 days total.
\n Details: Must be able to scrub in with IR MDs for IR complex procedures, Thrombectomies, Pulmonary embos, UFE, Y90
\n Experience Required: 2+ plus years IR experience, travel experience Neuro experience
\n License Required: IL Lic IEMA license
\n Certificates Required: BLS, ARRT
