Tripod Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver safe, high-quality, patient- and family-centered care. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, educate patients and families, and monitor clinical outcomes. You will also supervise support staff, mentor colleagues, promote evidence-based practice, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
