Minimum Requirements – Mammography Technologist

\n Contract: 13 Weeks
\n Schedule: Days – 5x8s (08:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

\n Experience:

\n Minimum 1 year of Mammography Technologist experience
\n Experience performing screening and diagnostic mammograms
\n Experience with stereotactic biopsy, needle localization, and fine needle aspiration
\n Familiarity with 3D Mammography procedures

\n Education:

\n Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program

\n Licensure / Certifications:

\n ARRT (R) – Registered Radiologic Technologist
\n ARRT (M) / ARRT Advanced Mammography Certification
\n California Radiologic Technologist License
\n BLS (AHA)

\n Equipment / Skills:

\n Experience with Hologic 3D Mammography systems
\n Experience with Hologic Affirm BX biopsy system
\n Knowledge of PPE and isolation precautions

\n Additional Details:

\n No call required
\n No floating required
\n Patient population: Adults & Geriatrics
\n Average ~30 patients per day
\n 2 imaging rooms
\n Charting: EPIC
\n Scrub color: Dark solid colors (Radiology).
