Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide physical therapy services including assessments, treatment planning, and therapy sessions for orthopedic and geriatric patients.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient care needs and treatment goals.
\n
• Document patient assessments, progress, and treatment plans accurately.
\n
• Assist with emergency response teams during significant events as assigned by the unit manager.
\n
• Participate in continuous professional development and comply with facility requirements.
\n
• Maintain a caseload of 8-12 visits per day while ensuring quality care.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• Current BLS certification required.
\n
• Valid LA State License in Physical Therapy.
\n
• Specialization in orthopedic and geriatric physical therapy preferred.
\n
• Experience with an average daily census of approximately 25 patients shared among therapists.
\n
• Open to first-time travelers and those with less than 2 years of experience.
\n
• Compliance with vaccination requirements, including COVID-19 and Flu, with medical or religious exemptions only.
\n
