Overview:
Our practice is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care for adult patients in a structured clinical environment. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, predictable workflow, and strong compensation with established patient demand. Our role welcomes both experienced physicians and new graduates.

Position Offers:

• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights and no weekends
• Productivity-based compensation with $230K–$250K average earnings
• Established adult patient population with steady demand
• New graduates welcomed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Manage preventive care, wellness exams, acute visits, and chronic conditions
• Perform medication management and ongoing treatment planning
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and coordinate follow-up care
• Deliver patient education to support long-term health outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with specialists to ensure coordinated care
• Support quality and care improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active Arizona medical license required
• Ability to work independently in an outpatient setting
• Strong clinical and communication skills with a patient-focused approach
