Job Description:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing inpatient rehabilitation services, focusing on acute care for a range of patient populations, including vented patients in ICU. The role involves collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to aid recovery and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy to inpatients, focusing on acute care.
- Work with patients from various units, including medsurg, tele, and ICU.
- Adapt therapy approaches for patients with a variety of conditions, including cardiology and orthopedics.
- Work on therapy for vented ICU patients.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification
- License required for submission
- COVID Vaccine Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
