Minimum Requirements – Ultrasound / Echo Tech (Multispecialty)

\n Contract: 13 Weeks
\n Schedule: Days + On-Call Required

\n Experience:

\n Minimum 1–2 years Ultrasound experience
\n Multispecialty ultrasound experience required
\n Experience with General, OB/Fetal, Vascular, and Echocardiography studies
\n Ability to work with adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients

\n Education:

\n Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program

\n Licensure / Certifications:

\n BLS (AHA)
\n ARDMS, RDCS

\n Required Skills / Exams:

\n General Ultrasound: Abdomen, Aorta, Gallbladder, Liver, Pancreas, Spleen
\n OB / Fetal Ultrasound: 1st, 2nd, 3rd trimester scans, fetal anatomy survey, AFI, placenta evaluation
\n Breast Ultrasound
\n Transvaginal Ultrasound
\n Vascular Studies: Carotid, arterial/venous duplex, Doppler studies
\n Echocardiography: Adult echo, contrast echo, stress echo (treadmill)

\n Equipment / Systems:

\n Experience with GE ultrasound equipment
\n PACS imaging system

\n Additional Details:

\n Multispecialty role covering ultrasound and echo procedures
\n Level IV Trauma Center – Short Term Acute Care Hospital
\n May assist with training/precepting staff
\n Patient population: Neonates to geriatrics.
