\n Minimum Experience: 3-5 yrs ICU or ER experience ( 5 yrs experience preferred)
\n Trauma level II experience REQUIRED.
\n Transfer Call Center Experience required
\n Charting Experience: EPIC REQUIRED.
\n Unit Information: Admissions and Transfer Center
\n Facilitates consults and transfers for patient placement for 16 hospitals.
\n Responsible for coordinating patient admissions from other healthcare facilities and physician offices and clinics.
