Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Circulate complex cardiovascular and thoracic cases including CABG, AVR, and MVR.
\n
• Manage cases such as Ascending Aortic Aneurysms and Aortic Root Replacements.
\n
• Assist in procedures like Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repairs and Femoral-Popliteal Bypass.
\n
• Prepare and support Carotid Endarterectomy and AV fistula placements.
\n
• Handle Impella placement and Ventricular Assist Devices in surgeries.
\n
• Participate in ECMO cases, Thoracotomy, and Robotic thoracotomy.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Active IN state RN license and BLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in CVOR.
\n
• Proficiency in CABG, AVR, MVR, and similar cardiovascular procedures.
\n
• Ability to work with advanced equipment such as Ventricular Assist Devices and ECMO.
\n
• Experience with thoracotomy, both standard and robotic-assisted.
\n
• Ability to circulate effectively in high-stakes cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries.
\n
