• Active AZ/Multisate license required.
\n • 2 years of RN CVICU experience required.
\n • Required certifications: BLS,ACLS from AHA NIHSS.
\n • Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
\n • Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
\n • Shift & Contract: 12hr (06:00 - 18:30); Wknd Requirement: will be based on unit needs/demands
\n • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
\n • 13-week contract initial duration
\n • To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Phoenix,AZ.
