Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Your role will focus on providing specialized services to a caseload of 60–70 students with diverse needs, including self-contained and cross-categorical groups. Work collaboratively with caring educators and families to develop and implement tailored intervention plans, conduct consults, and provide both individual and group therapy sessions. This position also allows you to refine your skills and grow professionally in a welcoming setting devoted to student success.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona SLP licensure and AZ DOE certificate.
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience with school-based caseloads and K–8 populations.
- Ability to work independently, organize effective groupings, and adapt strategies for cross-categorical and self-contained settings.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders in K–8 students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families.
- Track student progress through data collection and reporting.
- Provide education and consultation to staff and caregivers as needed.
