\n Job Summary
\n We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist I to provide high-quality diagnostic Computed Tomography (CT) imaging services for inpatient, outpatient, and Emergency Department patients. Working under the supervision of a radiologist, the CT Technologist will perform CT procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols while ensuring patient safety, quality imaging, and exceptional patient care.
\n Key Responsibilities
\n Perform diagnostic CT examinations for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients.
\n Prepare and position patients for CT procedures.
\n Operate CT imaging equipment following established protocols and safety standards.
\n Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
\n Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their comfort and safety.
\n Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
\n Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
\n Adhere to infection control, radiation safety, and departmental policies.
\n Required Qualifications
\n Certificate of Completion from an accredited Radiologic Technology Program or College Diploma in a related field.
\n Active Illinois Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) Licensed Radiologic Technologist – Radiography.
\n Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.
\n ARRT Registered Radiographer (R).
\n One of the following certifications:
\n ARRT Registered in Computed Tomography (CT), or
\n Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT).
\n Preferred Qualifications
\n Previous CT imaging experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
\n Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and radiation safety.
\n Excellent communication, patient care, and teamwork skills.
