Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Surgical Services, OR Tech / Surgical Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

\n\nResponsibilities\n

\n
• Perform large-bore IV starts and chin to toe hair removal.
\n
• Administer medications and conduct thorough skin assessments.
\n
• Assist with Arterial line, Central line, and Epidural placement.
\n
• Competently transport patients to the operating room.
\n
• Provide assistance during induction, intubation, positioning, and skin preparation.
\n
• Ensure excellent documentation and communication with the interdepartmental team.
\n

\n\nQualifications\n

\n
• Certification in advanced Surgical Tech competencies.
\n
• Mandatory CVOR experience with at least two travel assignments.
\n
• Critical care experience is essential.
\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
\n
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
\n
