Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend Required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting within an acute care hospital
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on patient acuity
- Float within scope of practice to meet facility staffing needs as required
- Accurately document patient care and clinical data using Epic electronic health records
- Participate in emergency response team assignments as needed, including during designated hurricane season periods (June through November)
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
- Active South Carolina RN license or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (American Heart Association-issued certifications required)
- Must be willing and able to float within scope to support facility needs
- CPI and TNCC certifications preferred
- Experience with Epic electronic health records charting system
- Work at an established acute care hospital with free parking on-site
- No on-call requirements, offering a more predictable and manageable schedule
