Job Description
Medlivo is seeking a travel Pharmacist for a travel job in Hood River, Oregon.
Job Description & Requirements- Specialty: Pharmacist
- Discipline: Allied Health Professional
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: 8 weeks
- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 10 hours, flexible
- Employment Type: Travel
• Active OR license required.
• 1+ years of Pharmacist Inpatientexperience required.
• Required certifications: BLS, OR license required – RPh
• Valid driver’s license, Skill checklist.
• Two supervisor or manager references from the past year
Shift & Contract:
• Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00)/Night 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)
• Are weekends required? Yes 0730-1700
• 8-week contract initial duration
• To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver’s license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location:Hood River, OR 97031
