Job Requirements

Must have a valid nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start.
American Heart Association BLS certification required for all direct patient care personnel.
ACLS certification required for RNs in critical care areas including CCU, ED, PACU, MICU, SICU; applicable here due to Telemetry specialty.
NIHSS certification required (noted but facility does not specialize in stroke care, so included as per original data).
TNCC certification optional.
Must complete Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing within a year.
Must have completed Trinity Skills Checklist for clinical contractors.
Must have current immunizations including COVID-19 vaccine (or declination/exemption), MMR, Hepatitis B series, Influenza vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction).
Must provide documentation of physical/health statement within last year.
Must complete various professional and background checks including Trinity Code of Conduct, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training (IA only), IA Sing Report, OFAC screening.
