Job Summary\n

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy professional to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities\n

• Provide occupational therapy services in acute care, SNF, and IP Rehab settings.
\n
• Administer therapeutic techniques and use equipment such as resistance bands and exercise bikes.
\n
• Collaborate with a team that includes the Director, Lead PT, and other therapists.
\n
• Manage patient caseload effectively, ensuring high-quality care.
\n
• Adhere to EMR record-keeping using Meditech.
\n
• Participate in a weekend rotation to support inpatient care needs.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• BLS certification required.
\n
• Minimum of 1 year current hospital acute care, IP Rehab, or SNF experience.
\n
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
\n
• Ability to work varied day shift hours as needed.
\n
• Strong critical thinking and patient care skills.
\n
• Excellent time management and team collaboration abilities.
\n
