Scout Therapy Staffing was founded by two former travel therapists who believed the industry could and should be different.

After years of working contracts ourselves, we saw how often clinicians were treated like numbers instead of people. We started Scout to build the kind of company we would have wanted to work for.

Today, Scout remains therapist-owned and therapist-operated, focused exclusively on therapy professionals. We believe great staffing starts with trust, transparency, and doing right by our travelers. That means competitive pay, honest communication, and support that doesn't disappear after a contract is signed.

At Scout, we post only jobs we would work ourselves. We believe that more jobs doesn't necessarily mean better jobs, which is why we focus on opportunities that align with our standards and the experience we want our clinicians to have.

We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, gap coverage to help clinicians maintain health insurance between assignments and avoid costly COBRA premiums, and a 4% 401(k) match that is fully vested from day one.

Our goal isn't to become the biggest staffing company in healthcare.
