Title: Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule: Night Shift 7p-7a and 7a-7p

Assignment Details:  

• Contract Weeks: 13  
• Guaranteed Hours: 36  

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree required  
• Must possess a valid State RN license or Compact License  
• BLS certification required  
• ACLS certification required  
• 3 years of previous nursing experience preferred  
• Strong medical-surgical/telemetry experience  

Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Provide direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process.  
• Assess patients upon admission by obtaining relevant medical history and conducting physical assessments.  
• Plan and implement care plans under the direction of a physician.  
• Monitor vital signs and interpret lab results, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.  
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.  
• Educate patients regarding their health conditions and care plans.
