Job Title: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Manager
\n Location: Austin, TX
\n Schedule Full-time - Days and Evening shift (5 days a week 2pm-10pm with some flexibility)
\n Job Qualifications
\n BSN REQUIRED
\n Min 3-5+ year experience in healthcare
\n Min 2+ year in supervisory role in an acute care setting
\n Specialty Certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire
\n Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation- FT/PT/PRN colleagues with a compact license from a state other than Texas must: apply for Texas RN license within 60 days from hire / obtain current TX RN license within 6 months of application for TX RN license
\n BLS
\n ACLS preferred
\n L&D: NRP preferred FHM preferred RNC-OB preferred
\n WILL Consider Charge/ CNC NICU RN's
