Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical / Telemetry

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in status
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Complete required orientation modules and maintain compliance with facility training requirements
- Float to other units or facilities as needed, up to 75 miles from the contracted location
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license violations or hits
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
- Current and valid government-issued Driver's License or State-issued ID
- Proof of residence greater than 75 miles from the contracted facility (utility bill, mortgage statement, or lease agreement dated within the last three months)
- Willingness to float to other units or nearby facilities as required
- Two supervisory references required at time of submission
- Prior travel nursing experience in a Medical Surgical or Telemetry setting
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to varying patient populations and unit environments
- Opportunity to gain diverse clinical experience through a contract placement in a supportive Medical Surgical / Telemetry environment
- Orientation program with structured module completion to set travelers up for success from day one
