Join a collegial 11-member group of fellowship-trained vascular surgeons.Your practice will span the greater Hartford area, including ambulatory offices, satellite hospitals — an 860-bed tertiary center and central teaching site of the UConn vascular surgery fellowship and general surgery residency.Position DetailsThis position is specifically focused on our growing Dialysis Access patient population,involving:

• Creation and maintenance of dialysis access including AV fistulas and grafts
• Close collaboration with local Nephrology partners
• Coordination of care for inpatient and outpatient management and treatment
• Serving patients throughout the Greater Hartford area
