Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during overnight weekend shifts
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing setting
- Ability to work overnight shifts every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- ACLS certification
- Prior experience with telemetry monitoring and interpretation
- Experience in a contract or travel nursing capacity
- Consistent, predictable weekend schedule offering work-life balance during weekdays
