Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infusion RN to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient infusion setting. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, IV therapy through peripheral and central venous access, administration of blood products and infusion medications, chemotherapy/immunotherapy administration, patient education, and accurate EMR documentation. The RN will collaborate closely with providers while ensuring safe, evidence-based care and compliance with all clinical and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Active Illinois RN License
- BLS required
- ACLS required
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
- Chemotherapy/infusion experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with EMR experience
- Experience with central line and peripheral IV access preferred
