Physical Therapist (PT) – PRN

$60–$65/hour

We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents achieve greater mobility, strength, and independence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide treatment focused on gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, endurance, and pain management
• Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety techniques
• Complete timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
