Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

I am hoping to establish a relationship with a 3 day per week nanny/babysitter for future baby. I am due in December. I am hoping for someone who can come to my home for 7-8 hours on Tues, Weds, Thurs. I work from home, so I plan to add a break to my schedule every few hours for breastfeeding. I also have a dog that may need some care/attention, so please keep that in mind! If all goes well, I would potentially continue the relationship from when baby is 3mos until they are around 2 years.
