Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

We are first time parents of a 4-month-old baby girl. I work from home but I am looking for someone to be here and watch the baby while I am working. Additionally, we would like help walking the dog, and with light cleaning and meal prep (chopping veggies, etc.). We have a strict no-screens rule with our child, and we are a non-smoking household. We will be paying the right candidate legally, which means taxes will be deducted and a W2 will be issued. Benefits include paid time off. Must pass a drug test to be hired.
