Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Our son has been especially difficult lately and we are looking for someone who can handle the 3-year-old mood changes and tantrums well. We struggle to get him to eat sometimes and struggle to get him to read and learn. We are hoping an outside influence can help assist that because it would be different and he may connect better with a change.
