Childcare Needed

Im looking for a full time Nanny for my baby. She is currently 3 months but will be about 6 months when Im ready to hire a nanny. I really value her having structured nap, and one on one developmentally appropriate play time and absolutely no screens. A little help with light housekeeping is nice but definitely not a requirement. Ill be working from home so you will get breaks and lunch when I take my breaks and lunch. Schedule may vary but likely 40-45 hours a week unless I have help from family here and there. punctuality and reliability are very important as my job also has very strict attendance guidelines.
